Sea
urchin, freshly shucked from its spikiness. My friend bought the creamy
goodness for $6 at one of the seafood counters (the other seafood stall
sold it for $7 for take home, $10 for shucked). The orangey-yellow goo
in the middle are actually the gonads of the sea urchin. My other
friends described that it tasted like the sea: salty. It may be a bit
odd for some, but if you want something different, please do try it :)
