The infamous late summer heat wave has come and is slowly dwindling in the Bay Area, however, I would still like to share my current favorite treat during these hot suffocating seasons. (As you can tell, I am not a big fan of the sweltering heat. I like my temperature in control, preferably not too hot or too cold). This treat is perfect for those who love to enjoy the fresh goods that nature has to offer.
So last week, my friend made us a version of chicken bake for our dinner, and I thought I would share the recipe with you all. It is super easy to make, and it tastes pretty good! Feel free to try to at home! ;)
