A Natural and Simple Treat for Hot Days

It is packed with vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin A is known for its vision-promoting properties because it helps with mucus membranes. Vitamin C propels the skin to grow and repair itself. The mineral potassium is good for maintaining a healthy blood pressure. With all these various benefits (and more!), mangoes are wonderful for your body if taken in a balanced diet.
So lately, I have also been into Greek yogurt. (Yes, late on the trend. Typical me.) But I enjoy it best with fresh fruits such as blackberries, other berries, bananas, etc. And it delicious with mango. It is simple, refreshing and healthy :) It is perfect for those on-the-go or those who want to relax and have a snack.
You only need two ingredients for this healthy treat. First, get yourself a cup of Greek yogurt, plain preferably. Now I like Fage or Chobani the best among the store bought brands, but you are welcome to get any kind. The second is of course ripen delicious mango! Just chop that fruit up and generously add it to your Greek yogurt.
If your mango is picked right, then you definitely do not need any sugar additives. The mango's juices should satisfy your sweet tooth despite the tart yogurt taste. However, if you still need that sugar kick, keep it natural by adding some honey.
